Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the artwork.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Froso Eracleous) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments I have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the artwork back.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the artwork.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the artwork if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functioning of the artwork.
