Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling & Cancellation The participant is considered registered upon receipt of payment. After payment, the participant has a general right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of registration. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing. Cancellations can only be made in writing by the participant. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the withdrawal/cancellation notice by Froso Eracleous. In the event of a cancellation: Up to 14 days before the workshop begins, the participant is required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked workshop fee. Between 14 days and 1 day before the workshop begins, 80% of the total invoice amount is due. For cancellations on or after the first day of the workshop, 100% of the total invoice amount is due. Unused appointments cannot be rescheduled or refunded. A workshop will take place if the minimum number of participants (3 people) is reached. Further details are outlined in the AGB. The price includes all materials required for the workshop, as well as water, tea, and coffee when hosted by me.
